Prime Rib

Ingredients

1 pkg Penzy’s Bavarian Seasoning
Salt (add to your taste)
Olive Oil
Prime Rib (either with bone or without bone)

Preheat oven to 425º

Mix the Bavarian seasoning with the salt and olive oil.  The mix should resemble wet sand.
Cover the prime rib in this mixture.
Place the prime rib in the oven, uncovered.
Cook for 30 minutes
Reduce heat to 325º, cook the prime rib up to 2 hrs.   Monitor the internal temperature to achieve the desired cut of prime rib.
