Summer time is here! That means that we have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Growing up in South Carolina, I was blessed with flavorful corn on the cob. It was locally sourced from farmers that cared about growing great tasting vegetables.

Roasted Corn can be a part of a meal anytime of the year. This recipe is simple, quick and will add a great vegetable to your meal.

Preheat over to 425ยบ


  • 3/4 to 1 full stick of melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Fresh cracked Black Pepper
  • Melt the butter and mix the Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper together.

Shuck and clean each ear of corn. Ensure that all the silk is removed.

Using tin foil, make a “boat” for each ear of corn. Place one ear of corn in each “boat” and drizzle the melted butter and seasonings over each cob.

Bake for 25 minutes.
