Multiple Chili Pepper Spice

This is my combination of Banana Peppers, Red Bell Peppers and Birds Eye Chili Peppers. They were dried for about a month and then put into a small food processor. Depending on how fine you want the chili pepper spice mixture will depend on how long you will keep the food processor going. In this video, I ran the food processor approximately 10 minutes.

Michael grew up in South Carolina where he was the youngest of 6 children. Helen Mae and Francis Marion (Dad's parents) were instrumental in his love of cooking and gardening. When he wasn't helping his grandfather in the garden, he was in the kitchen with his grandmother. After High School, Michael joined the Air Force where he served 9 years on active duty and in the reserves at Travis AFB in Fairfield, CA. He is a Gulf War Veteran where he helped develop programs for David Grant USAF Medical Center (DGMC). Michael retired from law enforcement after 21 years. During his tenure as a deputy sheriff, he exposed many of his fellow deputies to the cooking that his grandmother taught him. Now living in Columbia, SC, Michael continues to cook for others.
