Chicken Salad is about one of the most versatile foods around. From what you put into your recipe to how you eat it, is one of the greatest things about it. This recipe is simple, taste great and can be eaten by itself, on crackers, sliced baguette, bread or as a salad.
- Whole Cooked chicken that is shredded and/or cub into small pieces
- 1 to 1.5 cups Mayonnaise
- 3 dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Calabrian Chili powder or oil
- 1 to 2 stalks of celery, sliced thinly
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour 1 cup over the shredded chicken and mix. If the Chicken Salad is to your liking, great. If not, add the other half cup of mixture into the chicken.
If the Chicken Salad is still too dry for your taste, add more mayonnaise.
